Terms and Conditions – GET 4.0.0


General Terms and Conditions


  1. GET 4.0.0 (& any of its versions) and GET Rewards Points are owned, managed and operated by Tata Teleservices Limited (TTSL) and Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Limited (TTML). TTSL and TTML together referred as “Company”. It offers points to its members that can be converted into GSM / CDMA mobile recharge, other benefits and cash as per offered exchange values and schemes deemed fit by Company.
  2. A Member is a mobile phone user on Android operating system who has downloaded GET 4.0.0 or any of its versions from the Google Play Store and installed the same into his / her android OS phone and completes a Reward / Point earning action at least once every 90 days.
  3. Member agrees to receive OTP (One Time Password) for verifying his/her mobile number at the time of registering for GET 4.0.0 (& any of its versions) through sms / email or any other applicable method.
  4. GET 4.0.0 (& any of its versions) will be functional only in Indian Telecom Circles.
  5. The Company reserves the right to prevent access to GET and its website from Mobile Numbers or IP addresses outside of Indian Telecom Circles.
  6. Any Indian Mobile number using Android operating system is eligible to download and install GET 4.0.0 (& any of its compatible versions) in their individual capacity.
  7. It is deemed that all information given by the Member during the registration process of GET 4.0.0 (& any of its versions) is correct and up to date.
  8. No Member is allowed to use or create fake id or provide any fake profile information for earning of points / rewards. Any member found doing the same shall be barred from accessing and using GET.
  9. Company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions or any part thereof at any time as required by the laws of India Android users usage policy or internal Company policies at its own discretion, without any explanations or notice.
  10. Company shall not be responsible for any loss or damage if it has to discontinue or withdraw GET 4.0.0 (& any of its versions) from the Google Play Store without giving any notice to its Members in compliance with any law, ruling, order, regulation, circular, notification, requirement or instruction of any Central/State Government or for any other unavoidable reason beyond its control or any other circumstances amounting to Force Majeure. The Members shall be informed of such discontinuance/withdrawal as soon as possible, through whatever means are available to the company at that point of time. These may include application notification, sms and Tata Docomo website- www.tatadocomo.com. All rewards / points / benefits will cease to exist in case of this exigency
  11. Any change in mobile number (inclusive of Port Out Cases) may need re registration even if used from the same mobile device. Company doesn’t take the responsibility of GET working on any handset whose primary number has undergone a MNP or a Mobile Number Change unless the Member re- registers as a GET user with updated details.
  12. Get Rewards is under no obligation to provide members with any pre-defined amount of rewards or points. The amount of points or any other gratification form is basis the sole discretion of the Company.
  13. Points will be rewarded to Members only after the verification of the action taken by the respective Members. Company takes no responsibility of the time taken to verify these actions by the concerned party.
  14. Get Rewards may offer direct credit of Talktime or any other such mode to some or all of its members as per its discretion.
  15. The exchange value / schemes of points to rewards is dynamic in nature and may change from time to time at the sole discretion of the Company.
  16. The points may be collected, once the member takes one or more of the following reward actions (“the actions”)
    1. Downloads an application from the ones offered for download through GET 4.0.0 or any of its future versions.
    2. Opts to watch Advertisement(s) while making a regular phone call offered through GET 4.0.0 or any of its future versions.
    3. Opts to watch an Advertisement(s) by going into the application (GET 4.0.0) or any of its future versions.
    4. Opts to click on some of the in app banners that are specifically offered with rewards in GET 4.0.0 or any of its future versions.
    5. Any other such options that may be presented to members from time to time.
  17. Members can redeem the points earned in the following manner:
    1. Minutes (only applicable to Tata Docomo Subscribers).
    2. Recharge Values (As featured in GET).
    3. M Rupee Wallet credit.
    4. The conversion value of redeemable points to minutes, Recharge and M Rupee Wallet Credit will be as mentioned in GET.
  18. Company may withdraw or enhance the ways through which rewards can be earned without giving any prior notice.
  19. m-AdCall grants to the subscriber a non-exclusive, royalty-free revocable license to use the Application
  20. To avail MRupee Wallet credit, it is essential for every Member to open an account with MRupee mobile banking service to convert points into MRupee Wallet Credit. The Details of the same can be viewed from the link https://www.mrupee.in/mRUPEE/
  21. Further, the mRupee application for your Android mobile is available and can be downloaded from the Google Play Store (http://bit.ly/1zs3Zog or https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tcs.mmpl.customer)

  23. Company is not liable for any transactions done by Member with or through MRupee wallet or with any other third party application engaged by Company or its affiliates for the benefit of the Member
  24. Converted points / Earned Amount / Redeemed Rewards will be adjusted from the Member’s account once the redemption order is placed by the Member and captured by GET Application.
  25. All points earned will be forfeited unless redeemed within 90 days of last reward credited date . ( i.e. Reward or points earned through any of the actions like - the viewing a pre call video, taking a download / install function, clicking on a banner or participating in any other reward earning action).
  26. Minutes redeemed in lieu of points by Members using Tata Teleservices and Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Limited Mobile service will be valid for 30 days from day of redemption.
  27. Once claimed and redeemed, the redeemed points will not be reversed or reinstated to member’s account.
  28. No request to reinstate forfeited points will be entertained by the Company. Communication of forfeiture of the points will be sent by Company as Application Notification to the Members two weeks before the expiry of the points.
  29. Value of Mobile Recharge, its inbuilt talk time, processing fees etc will depend on the member’s mobile operator, circle of operations and connection type (Prepay or Post Pay). Company doesn’t have any liability of the same.
  30. Referral:
    1. All users will be eligible to refer their friends and family to use GET
    2. From time to time, GET may introduce rewards for User and their Referrals
    3. These rewards will be credited within 72 hours of a successful referral process (refer to FAQs)
    4. A referred user (Referred by a current user) needs to be a new user of GET. Any user who has formerly used GET within the last 6 months from the date of referral will not be eligible for rewards
    5. These rewards may be introduced and withdrawn as deemed fit by GET
    6. Reward points will be awarded only on successful registration and usage of one or more of the following by the referred party.

  31. Privacy Policy:
    1. Company collects information basis user information provided during the login by the Member on voluntary basis, as permissions sought by GET, within the app or from external sources like Google, Facebook, or any other such sources, and allowed by the Member.
    2. Company also collects usage information basis the clicks, views, or any other action within GET.
    3. Company will use information collected through registration and through usage behavior, to view and manage your account, to derive analytics, to share the analytics with its affiliates, partners and advertisers.
    4. Company will maintain complete privacy of personal information given by Members and will not share any sensitive personal information, like name, mobile number, email ID, etc without the explicit consent of the Member.
    5. Company will share personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of the Company , if the Company have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to:
      1. Meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.
      2. Enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations.
      3. Detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.
      4. Protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of GET, our Member or the public as required or permitted by law.
      5. Company may share aggregated, non-personally identifiable information publicly and with its partners – like publishers, advertisers or connected sites. For example, Company may share information publicly to show trends about the general use of GET services.
    6. If Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Company will continue to ensure the confidentiality of any personal information and give affected Member adequate notice before personal information is transferred or becomes subject to a different privacy policy
  32. Dispute: Any disputes with regard to these Terms &Conditions, will be subject only to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
